A Clear Process, Every Step of the Way
From the first conversation to the final report, we've designed our process to keep you informed, protected, and in control at every stage.
Step 01
Book Your Initial Meeting
- Meetings are booked a minimum of one week in advance.
- You'll receive clear reminders via email or text the day before a scheduled meeting.
- Initial meetings are 30 minutes, free of charge. If you would like more time or to book a follow-up meeting, a small fee of $25 applies.
- The meeting is entirely obligation free - it's an information session only.
Step 02
We Listen First
- Your business needs are heard and understood before anything else.
- Together, we determine which plan would suit your business needs best and any tailoring to plans you would like to add, if requested.
- You choose what service and level of support you need.
- A verbal agreement is reached. A follow up email is sent detailing the discussion, and nothing is rushed or pressured.
Step 03
Receive Your Quote
- You receive a clear, detailed quote for the services you've selected, within 3 days of the initial meeting.
- A 24-hour cool-off period begins from the moment the quote is sent.
- Once you're happy, you confirm your acceptance via email only and select a date to begin.
Step 04
Sign Your Contract
- Your contract is sent for signing following your acceptance - this can be completed digitally for your convenience.
- Contracts are clearly written and easy to understand.
- Your business rights are fully protected throughout this process.
Step 05
Secure Your Booking
- A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to secure your date.
- The deposit is 15% of the total cost of work.
- The deposit confirms the time and date stipulated on your contract.
Step 06
Work Begins
- When we begin work, we begin with the aim of minimising the time required, working effectively to achieve everything detailed in the selected plan as efficiently as possible.
- Plan quotes are based on the average minimum time required to complete the work. You only pay for the time required within that timeframe.
- Any time beyond the quoted estimate is charged at an hourly rate, ensuring full transparency and respect for your investment.
Step 07
Work Complete
- Every plan includes a detailed report of all work completed, received within one week following completion.
- We will send a feedback form to help us keep improving our service.
