Step 01
Book Your Initial Meeting
- Meetings are booked a minimum of one week in advance.
- You'll receive clear reminders via email or text.
- The first 30 minutes are completely free.
- The meeting is entirely obligation free - it's an information session only.
Step 02
We Listen First
- Your business needs are heard and understood before anything else.
- Together, we determine which plan would suit you best.
- You choose what service and level of support you need.
- A verbal agreement is reached - nothing is rushed or pressured.
Step 03
Receive Your Quote
- You receive a clear, detailed quote for the services you've selected.
- A 24-hour cool-off period begins from the moment the quote is sent.
- Once you're happy, you confirm your acceptance via email only.
- A second meeting is then booked to sign your contract.
Step 04
Sign Your Contract
- Contracts are clearly written and easy to understand.
- All contracts are reviewed and approved by an employment lawyer.
- Your business rights are fully protected throughout this process.
Step 05
Secure Your Booking
- A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to secure your date.
- This is separate from and not included in the cost of the work.
- The deposit confirms the time and date stipulated on your contract.
- Payment goes into a Westpac business account in Melton.
Step 06
Work Begins
- Work commences once the contract is signed and the cool-off period ends.
- All work is charged at an hourly rate - regardless of what was estimated.
- This ensures honesty and respect for your time and investment.
- You only pay for the work that is actually completed.
Step 07
Work Complete
- Every plan includes a detailed report of all work completed.
- Every plan also includes a complimentary office clean-up.
- A refreshed space for fresh, lasting organisation.
- You walk away with clarity, structure, and confidence.
